Guaranteed Ride Home is a service of SmartTrips™ to help you when you use alternate transportation options to commute to work, providing a free taxi ride home. 

SmartTrips™ wants to support your decision to use transportation options and Guaranteed Ride Home is one practical way we do it. When an employee who uses VanGo™, has an emergency,  illness or an unexpected schedule change, Guaranteed Ride Home pays their cab fare from the office up to 100 miles one-way.  It does not cover rides for pre-scheduled medical or other appointments, transportation due to work-related injury, or other instances where transportation could have been scheduled in advance.

The service may be used twice within a 12-month period, and is only valid when you commute by vanpool on the day(s) in question.  Use of the GRH program must be pre-approved by VanGo staff.
