Why Telework?

Teleworking, or telecommuting, means an employee completes their work at home or a location other than the office.  Many employees telecommute only one or two days per week, while others find they can successfully telecommute full time and travel only on occasion to the office.  Travel to and from the office is replaced by telecommunications technologies (e.g. phone, computer, etc.).
